Why the review QR code?
The review QR code stores all your reviews in one easy-to-access place and saves you time. Customers can quickly leave ratings with 1 to 5 stars, optionally adding a description. All reviews and average ratings are easily accessible within your account. Since each QR code groups its own reviews, you can use different QR codes to manage separate review categories.
Use case:
In a restaurant, you could place a QR code on each table allowing guests to leave reviews. As the owner, you gain insights into the ratings for each table, identifying any differences. You can then use the most popular table as a reference to improve the others. These QR codes can be especially valuable in the hospitality industry.
How to create it:
When creating a review QR code, you must decide whether you want all reviews grouped under one QR code or if you’d prefer separate feedback for different business sections.
For the latter, you’ll need a separate QR code for each section. When generating the review QR code, you can choose the language and write a description explaining why you’re asking for a review.
When people want to leave a review, they simply scan the QR code, select the number of stars, and optionally add a description of their experience. They can also provide an email address if needed. To view the reviews, log into your QR code account and go to “edit details.” At the bottom, you’ll find all the reviews, which you can download if desired.
How to create the QR code?
- Log in or create an account.
- Start by creating a QR code.
- Select the “Review” type.
- Name the QR code for internal use.
- Write a description explaining why you’re asking for a review.
- Choose a scan URL (the link displayed when scanning the code).
- Customize the QR code further if desired.
- Test the QR code by scanning the draft version on the right side.
- If everything works, click “Finish and Save.”

The most asked question! It also frustrates us if our customers use other QR platforms. The QR codes created there are often unexpectedly dynamic, and suddenly you as customer are forced to pay for a subscription, or you QR code expires. We can do better. So do your QR codes expire?
Answer: No.
If you create a QR code at our generator it wil never expire. It will work forever. This is true for both static and dynamic QR codes.
1 exception to clean up the system. If your dynamic QR code is not scanned (free version) for more than 3 months it will be archived. You will receive a warning email before it will be archived.
