Are QR codes free?
You start free at QRcode.me and only pay when you want more.
In short
- Static QR codes are free to create, up to 10.
- Dynamic QR codes are free too, up to 50. A free dynamic QR code works without an intermediate page for the first 3 scans; after that, people first see our branding page for 5 seconds on every scan.
- Pay once per QR code ($ 7.99) or subscribe, and the scan always goes straight through, without our branding page.
What do you get for free, and what when you pay?
The difference per feature is on the pricing page. Not sure whether you need static or dynamic? Read static or dynamic QR code.
How can it be free?
A dynamic QR code runs on our servers. We cover that with what people pay for QR codes without branding, and with the branding page on free QR codes.
